James A. Ward

A native of the Greater Bay Area and a long-term resident of Santa Clara Valley, Mr. Ward obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at the University of California at Davis. He worked internationally and lived in four different countries. During this time, he actually became fluent in Spanish through his studies and different assignments in both Spain and Latin America.

After a long professional career and a lot of travel, Mr. Ward left the area to obtain his law degree in New England, where he attended Roger Williams University School of Law in New England on a full academic scholarship. With his background in tax and finance, Mr. Ward decided to work in the legal area of estate planning, and he continued his education with a postgraduate law degree (LLM) in estate planning at the nationally renowned program at the University of Miami School of Law.

At the urging of several clients, he expanded his practice to include investment management and life insurance services for clients and obtained the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and RICP (Retirement Income Certified Professional) designations. With this, he established J Ward Financial Services, LLC and Pathfinder Financial Solutions, LLC to further assist clients.

Eva

Eva joined us with many years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, and property management first in the Caribbean for more than ten years, and then throughout the greater Bay Area. She joined us with a desire to commute less and be closer to home and family, and the rest is history.

Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband and family and engaging in crafts, outdoor activities, and visiting theme parks.
